It is my sad duty to report the passing of Marsha Dennis, mother of Rick Dennis, commander of the Artillery Reserve and USV's Artillery Regiment.

Longstreet’s Corps is an organization composed of over one thousand living historians, each of whom is dedicated to remembering and venerating the exploits of the Southern soldiers and civilians, who participated in the War Between the States. Active primarily up and down the east coast, Longstreet’s Corps is a proud member of the Blue-Gray Alliance.
Currently composed of forty-nine units of all branches, our organization strives to achieve one salient goal - to educate the public about the events of the war, chiefly in the eastern theater, and to positively portray the valor and sacrifices of both military and civilian personnel, engaged in that titanic contest.
